Products must be unused, packaged intact and undamaged.
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be attached.

Refund Process

Our customer service team will review your request upon receipt and respond to you within 5 business days.
If the request is approved, please send the item back according to the instructions we provide.
Refund Methods
Once we receive and review the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the processing time of the refund may be delayed depending on the bank or payment platform.
Shipping Costs
Unless it is due to our error (such as wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.), the shipping costs of the refund request will be borne by the customer.
